Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval. This step ensures that you review and confirm every detail of your design. Once approved, your order moves directly into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

For your security and ours, please be aware that filing a false fraud claim with your bank or credit card company after receiving custom work is considered misuse of the dispute process. We keep detailed records of communication, design approvals, proofs, and order confirmations to verify the authenticity of every purchase.
