Design and Production Details
To create your custom stationery design, we require your logo in high resolution and preferably in vector format. After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the details and the style you want for your design.
You will receive a digital proof with one round of revisions included. Once approved, we will send the final PDF file for production.
Manufacturing
Production times vary depending on the type of product and the process required for each item. We take great care in every step to ensure quality, but timelines may differ based on materials and finishing.
Please note that printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is normal due to differences between digital displays and physical materials.
Return policy
Because every order is custom made for your brand, all sales are final. Each item goes through a careful quality check before it leaves our studio to ensure you receive exactly what you approved.
